I have always longed to live in the redwood forest and finally my dream has become a reality! As a musician, I am always looking for more ways to express myself and celebrate nature and beauty. I began designing jewelry as a way of connecting with the forest paradise all around me in a fun and artful way! I share my love of nature and all things forest themed as well as the folklore and fantasy of living in this beautiful place through thoughtful jewelry designs.
My jewelry is all natural materials. No plastic or synthetic materials are used in the making of my pieces. I use Czech glass, Peruvian clay, semi-precious and precious stones, wood, metal, bone, mother of pearl, glass, crystal, stone, cultured pearls, sea shells, as well as other natural materials. My designs are earthy, whimsical, and based on fantasy and folklore. This includes all themes related to forest living, especially the redwood forest, such as fairies, gnomes, woodland creatures, insects, wood, stone, crystals and leaves. If it lives here, I try to represent it! I also enjoy using floral beads as well, and designs that bring out the inner, free-spirited child in all of us.
